At Home against FC Oldham there was a great all-round performance by Beechy Storm who cruised to a 10-1 victory on Saturday 9th May 2026.

Straight from the kick-off Storm were quickly on the front foot and Evan Hodson-Griffiths went close to scoring an early goal. Evan was involved again when Beechy eventually took the lead after his cross set-up Harry Officer for the opening goal. A shot on target by Evan made it 2-0 then defender Peter Lever via a good finish added the third goal. Storm went 4-0 up through Evan and Beechy held that lead at the interval leaving the visitors facing another tough forty five minutes. As the second half developed Storm continued to dominate this Division 1 game and they cruised further ahead with a fifth goal after Evan completed his hat-trick following a corner. Thanks to another precise finish from Evan it was 6-0 before FC Oldham got their consolation goal when they were awarded a penalty. The goals continued to flow and Max O'Brien got in on the act with a good finish for 7-1 and more excellent football was rewarded with goal number eight scored by Peter Lever. Harry Officer made it 9-1 before Jack Downie completed the scoring.
