Rewarded for another outstanding performance in the Salford and Districts Junior League were Beechfield United Under 10's Storm.

*The Under 10's STORM were away to Salford Storm Lightning in the Red Group and the Beechy Boys earned themselves a thoroughly deserved victory. On target with the goals for Storm were Alfie Heighway who netted a hat trick and Bobby Lowe who scored twice. There were assist's for the goals from Alfie, Seth Barber and Man of the Match Isaac Hargreaves. Beechy's other players who starred in this brilliant team display were Kade Doyle, Harry Heathcote-Clare, Jacob Foster, Oscar Pugh, Oscar Berry, Harry Chambers and George Savage.

*At home in the Red Group the Under 9's THUNDER entertained Flixton Juniors Athletic at Beech Farm and despite a strong performance lost the game. Starting with a slightly different formation Thunder adapted well and forced Flixton to defend for much of the first half. Against the run of play the visitors took the lead but Chase Sixsmith equalised for Beechy when he cut in from the right wing and via a left footed shot fired the ball into the corner of the net. The second half produced a similar pattern though Thunder were unable to convert just one of the many chances created and as the clock ticked down Flixton found a match winning goal. There were some good performances from players in unfamiliar positions including Tiffany Kandemiri who was a rock at the back while Jude Bond and Grayson Owen who deservedly took home the Player of the Match award dominated the centre of the pitch.

*The Under 15's TORNADOES secured a 1-0 away win following their Salford and Districts Junior League Division 2 fixture at Barr Hill Aces. A goal ten minutes into the second half by Josh Beddows was enough to guarantee the Tornadoes the three points.

*In the Challenge Cup Beechy Under 12's TORNADOES (9v9) suffered their first defeat of the season. Away against Salford Storm Tornadoes a poor performance by Beechy caused an upset when Salford Storm won the tie 3-1.

*Manchester Polonia were the Under 11's LIGHTNING'S opponents when the teams met at the central venue in the Manchester Youth Super League. In the first half attempts by Beechy players saw the ball twice hit the post plus other efforts were just off target while Polonia took their chances and held a three goal lead at half time. Play in the second half was much the same as the first and Lightning were rewarded with their consolation goal and Polonia added two more goals. Sharing Beechy's Man of the Match award were Michael Schofield and Finlay Thompson-Hale.

*After their return to the top Division in the Salford and Districts Junior Football League and on the back of two good results Beechy Under 11's STORM faced a tough game with Swinton Junior Wolves. Last weeks fixture was postponed due to the weather and this affected the Beechy Boys and though the scoreline suggested a heavy defeat for Storm on the balance of play this was a pretty even game. Swinton Wolves were able to capitalise on uncharacteristic mistakes by Beechy and Storm's opponents were gifted three of their five goals. Man of the Match for Storm was Joel Momoh who worked his socks off in midfield.
