Nine fixtures in the Junior Section were victim of the adverse weather but three teams managed to play on Saturday with the U/16's in action a day later. Six teams were without a fixture.

In their Timperley and District League Division 3 home game with top of the table outfit Brooklands Dragons the U/16's Sunday team found themselves 5-0 down after thirty minutes but Charlie Wallwork was on target and reduced the arrears before the break. The second half saw further goals for Beechy when Max O'Brien who netted twice and Fernley Davies pulled the score back to 5-4 with fifteen minutes to go but Brooklands Dragons responded and added three more goals to secure the points via an 8-4 victory. Beechy's Man of the Match was Max O'Brien after one of his two goals produced the highlight of the game.

In the North Bury Junior Football League the Under 15's Thunder were at home against Radcliffe Borough Aces at Salford Sports Village. Thunder were punished for a poor performance on the Astroturf Pitch and suffered their fourth successive Championship Division defeat when they were on the wrong end of a 4-0 score line.

Away to neighbours Moorside Rangers Blue in the Supplementary Competition the Under 10's Tornadoes paid the price for a below-par display. Due to player unavailability the teams played 5v5 instead of the normal 7v7 and it was Rangers who won this cup-tie that went ahead on an artificial surface. Sharing the Tornadoes Man of the Match award were Stewart Kay and Josh Beddows who scored Beechy's consolation goal in the second half.

Also in action on an Astroturf Pitch were the Under 9's Storm who were away at AFC Burnden Park Warriors. Having to deal with the difficult conditions Beechy didn't play to their full potential and lost the game. Goalkeeper Harry Wallis was voted Storm's Best Player.
