A mixture of Rain, Sleet and Snow forced the postponement of a large percentage of games within the Junior Section but four teams were in action.

Beechfield United Under 11's Typhoon (9v9) struggled against a very good and physical Moorside Rangers Blue outfit. In the Development Group Blue Division United were largely outplayed for most of the game but the Beechy boys worked hard to contain their opponents. Rangers single goal proved to be the match winner but Beechy created a few late chances to score an equaliser. The game was played on the all weather surface at Albert Park and named Typhoon's Man of the Match was defender Milonga Mututa following a dynamic performance.

The Under 10's Tornadoes were in action on an Astroturf Pitch at Salford Sports Village. This Development Group Red Division fixture was played at a fast and furious pace throughout. Beechy player Joel Thorndyke netted the games only goal while chosen as the Tornadoes Man of the Match was Oliver Percival.

At the Trafford Soccer Dome the Under 8's Tornadoes played a friendly match against AFC Monton Lions. Despite having no substitutes the Tornadoes produced a great all-round display and were gracious in defeat. Stewart Kay with a brace and Daire Cox got the goals plus there was an inspired performance from goalkeeper Oliver Wood who was named Man of the Match.

In the Development Group Red Division Beechy Under 7's Storm's latest match was away against Salford Juniors. The Storm's Star Player Award went Charlie Pugh and on target with both goals was Harry Wallis.
