The Man of the Match Award went to Will Bloor.
Holding a 1-0 lead in their Section B away game against Aspull Junior Latics the Under 15's Tornadoes maintained their grip on the match in the second half and collected the three points thanks to a 3-1 victory. When the Under 13's Tornadoes played Barr Hill Aces more than three months ago they suffered a heavy defeat but there was a vast improvement by the whole squad when the teams met again on Saturday morning. Beechy lost 5-2 to their opponents who are currently top of the Division 2 table but this latest display was a real confidence boost for the Tornadoes players. Goal scorers were Ronan Courtney and Max Chidgey from the penalty spot and following an outstanding performance Patrick Walsh who was fully committed for seventy minutes was an automatic choice for the Man of the Match award.
Playing for the first time since 11th November 2017 were the Under 13's Storm who met Boothstown Warriors at Bolton Road Playing Fields. Obviously short of match practice Beechy lost this Division 1 fixture 6-2. On target with goals for the Storm were Man of the Match Samuel Oludoyi and Finley Share.
A goal after five minutes proved to be enough to secure victory for the Under 12's Tornadoes (9v9) who were away to Deans Tigers. In a very entertaining contest Beechy keeper Lewis Wallis became an instant hero when he saved a penalty. Jacob Sayburn was the Tornadoes Best Player.
At Beech Farm two goals by Man of the Match Kyle Stafford plus an own goal guaranteed the Under 11's Lightning (9v9) a deserved win after their Development Group Yellow Division home game with Prestwich Junior Dragons. This latest result made it a hat trick of victories for the Beechy Boys following both cup and league games.
A nervous looking Under 11's Storm (9v9) produced a below-par display in their away game against Ladybridge Hurricanes. In the Development Group Red Division Beechy were victim of a few debatable refereeing decisions. Reilly Happy and George Haywood shared the Man of the Match award.
Beechy Under 11's Typhoon (9v9) switched their Sunday home game with South Manchester FC to their opponents ground. In action in the Development Group Blue Division Beechy struggled to get to grips with the 3G Astroturf Pitch and a strong gusty wind. In a game of two halves the Typhoon found themselves three goals down at the break but Beechy produced a superb fightback to force a draw. A brilliant finish by Daniel Hesketh reduced the arrears following a great through ball from Ronan Mullen. Taking full advantage of a goalkeeping error Jamie Withington scored the second goal then rewarded for a fine performance was Charlie Harris who netted the equaliser. Freddie Latham earned the Man of the Match honour following a battling defensive display.
In the Challenge Tournament the Under 10's Storm versus Winton Wanderers tie ended as a score draw after normal time with Joshua Kilfoyle and Man of the Match Oliver Cowley on target for the Storm. In the shoot-out Joshua Kilfoyle saved two penalties.
The Under 10's Tornadoes Development Group Red Division fixture against Old Trafford was an evenly balanced encounter. Beechy had home advantage but it was Old Trafford who took the lead though Man of the Match Sam Rowbottom equalised before half time. After the break Old Trafford briefly had the upper hand when they scored four goals but the Tornadoes quickly got their act together and were rewarded when Sam Rowbottom netted twice to complete his hat trick. Then Finley Fairhurst helped himself to a couple of goals and Beechy were level with ten minutes to go. Pushing forward in search of a possible match winner the Tornadoes left gaps in defence and via the counter-attack Old Trafford added two more goals to secure victory.
Lexi Hiles was voted Player of the Match after the Under 10's Hurricanes home game with Stretford Victoria Reds. Goal scorers for Beechy who lost this Development Group Green Division game were Tanatswa Chirwa and Lewis Royle.

Despite a decent performance away at Parkwyddn Predators the Under 9's Tornadoes lost this Development Group Blue Division game. The ever improving Louis Scholes who has only played a few games was named the Tornadoes Star Player after some excellent defending under pressure.
In action on Sunday were Beechy Under 8's Lightning who didn't play to their full potential in the Development Group Yellow Division fixture with Manchester Maccabi Lions. Lightning's Best Player award went to Oscar Mather and on target with both goals was Oliver Eckersley.
Rewarded for a dynamic all-round performance in the Challenge Tournament were the Under 8's Tornadoes. At home to Urmston Town the Beechy boys thoroughly deserved their victory that included a fantastic five goal salvo from Stewart Kay. The Tornadoes other goal came via Alfie Lacey and collecting the Man of the Match award was Flinn Rogers.
Producing a brilliant performance against AFC Monton Cobras were Beechy Under 8's Storm. In the first half of this Development Group Blue Division home game the Storm were the better team and held a four goal lead at half time. Two superb goals from Man of the Match Logan Holland and Ronnie Pinckney-Thompson were the pick of the bunch. A few mistakes in the second half allowed Monton back into the match but continuing to display some great passing and all-round team spirit Beechy eventually celebrated a deserved victory.
Connor O'Sullivan helped himself to four goals that earned him the Man of the Match award following the Under 7's Storm versus Swinton Juniors game.
