Receiving a certificate was Paula James the club's welfare officer who was an Unsung Hero Finalist.

A brief description of the five named officials achievements with BUFC.

Since joining Beechfield United during the 2002/2003 season Phil Lockett has made a massive contribution to the club. Phil was a Team Manager for ten consecutive seasons from 2004/2005 U7's to 2013/2014 U16's with son Ben a player for those teams during that period. Named Club Manager of the Year 2008 at the annual presentation event Phil who is the current player Registration Officer is a member of the club's committee and has also occupied the role of Head of Management and Assistant Discipline Officer.

In 2002/2003 Shane Flanagan joined BUFC and took on the role of Assistant Manager of an U7's/U8's team. Moving forward through the years Shane was Manager of some very successful older teams including the Youth Team in season 20011/2012. Shane eventually became Club Chairman plus in season 2014/2015 took charge of the Under 9's Storm who were Challenge Cup finalists in the City of Salford Soccer League. One of Shane's many achievements came in season 2007/2008 when he helped establish Beechy Under 12's Girls team.

Dave Allen's first involvement with BUFC was in season 2002/2003. The following season Dave became the Under 15's Assistant Manager and alongside Brendan Loughrey the team won numerous league trophies plus the Mike Bridgford Shield (Team of the Year) Dave has had various other roles in the club those of Treasurer, Vice Chairman and currently Discipline Manager and has always fulfilled his duties with integrity. A real asset to BUFC Dave is also a well known Level 5 Referee within several local leagues.

Colin Duff joined BUFC in 2003 and became Assistant Manager to one of the Under 7's teams. Colin is currently Manager of the Under 10's Tornadoes who play in the Salford and District League and on Saturday 26th May at Ayrshire Road the team won the Supplementary Cup. A valid member of the committee Colin who is the current Club Chairman has been involved with the Holding Group and is the driving force when it comes to organising the end of season Junior Presentations. Colin won the club's Barry Salisbury award in season 2008 and his son Louis is a squad member of the Senior 1st Team.

Apart from her duties in dealing with the club's annual Health Check that takes a vast amount of time getting all club officials qualifications up to date Paula James the club's Welfare Officer works tirelessly with fund raising for the club. Paula who has been a committee member for several years won the Barry Salisbury award in 2015. Totally committed to Beechfield United Football Club Paula would go the extra mile to help any other Club Official/Manager or player whatever their needs are.
