*Right from the kick-off Beechy's passing was superb and in an excellent performance Storm dominated the game from start to finish. In defence Beechy were exceptional with Sophia Price, Brody Burns and Patrik Doherty not only rock-solid but the basis for instigating the teams attacks. Aiden Gradwell, Daniel Wharton and Thomas Brady controlled the midfield while upfront Kristian Georgiev who saved his best till last was unplayable superbly assisted by the dependable Oliver Cooper who gave the Salford Storm defence real problems.
From a goal's perspective Beechy scored four goal of the season contenders, two superb free kicks from Aiden Gradwell either side of half time were unstoppable. Kristian Georgiev scored one goal via a solo effort before the break finishing from the tightest of angles and in the second half hit a vicious half volley that nearly broke the net. Both Oliver Cooper and Robert Wagner were also on target with a goal apiece following more great overall team play and sharing the Man of the Match award were Kristian Georgiev and Robert Wagner. This was a fantastic way to finish the season which has seen the team constantly learning and developing and on their day Beechy are a match for most teams.
