On Sunday 6th June 2021 Beechy met Woodsend Athletic in their final League Group C game and were on the wrong end of a 5-2 score line. Shauna Smith was named Beechy's Best Player and on target with both goals was Crystal Barker.
Seven days later at the home ground of Avro FC Beechy faced Bolton Lads and Girls Club in the Division Two Cup Final. Producing a below-par performance Beechy lost 5-0 but the result rather flattered United's opponents. The GMWFL committee voted Emily Walmsley as Player of the Match.
