Chasing honours in the Timperley and District League Beechfield United Under 16's Predators threw away two vital points following their away game with Sale United Giants. Producing a below-par performance Beechy held a 1-0 lead at half time thanks to a goal from Brandon Kent. But Sale United played much better in the second half and while Beechy struggled to score another goal the hosts found an equaliser. Man of the Match was Dami Sanusi. The Predators must win their remaining five games to guarantee themselves the Division 1 championship.

Playing their third game in five days were the Under 13's Tornadoes. In the Salford and District League Beechy were at home to top of Division 1 outfit Urmston Town Panthers who secured an 8-1 victory. Charlie Wallwork scored the Tornadoes consolation goal and voted Star Player was Thomas Anderson.

For their Division 3 fixture the Under 12's Tornadoes (9v9) travelled to play Flixton Junior Hawks but despite a hard working display the Beechy lads suffered a 4-2 defeat. Both goals came courtesy of Alan Kay while Tom Williams received the Best Player Award.

In the Development Group Red Division Beechy Under 11's Storm (9v9) found themselves three goals down at half time in their home game against De La Salle Reds. But producing a spirited fightback in the second half the Storm reduced the arrears with goals from Man of the Match Ben Delaney and Kaiden McClean and had further chances to force a draw.

When the Under 11's Tornadoes met Fives Athletic earlier in the season in the Supplementary Tournament the teams fought out an eleven goal thriller won by Fives. This Saturdays Development Group Blue Division encounter also produced eleven goals and again it was Fives who won the contest. For the majority of this game the Tornadoes held the lead and looked the stronger team until the last ten minutes. Goals for Beechy came via Bradley Oliver, Theo Valentine, Charlie Mulvenna and Jacob Sayburn.

There was a rearranged fixture in the Bolton Bury and District League for the Under 10's Hurricanes. Away to Oxford Grove in the Dragons Division Beechy enjoyed a comfortable victory thanks to some solid team play and goals by Georgi Georgiev, Ole Kerwin, Reilly Happy and Man of the Match James Taylor.

A very good all-round performance by the Under 10's Typhoon earned the Beechy boys an away win over Ladybridge Wanderers. Jamie Withington gave United the lead following a great solo run then Daniel Hesketh doubled the advantage when he was set-up by a brilliant Freddie Latham pass. Ladybridge reduced the arrears before the break but Typhoon continued to control the game and created a glut of chances. Goal number three arrived when Man of the Match Jamie Withington guaranteed Beechy the victory when he provided a superb finish to a brilliant team move.

The Under 10's Storm met local rivals Moorside Rangers Yellow for the second time in seven days. In the Development Group Red Division the Storm endured a poor first half and conceded two goals. Creating a vastly improved display in the second half Beechy fought back and forced a draw through goals from Caden Gibson and Freddie Jackson. Man of the Match was Josh McLoughlin.

Suffering their first defeat in six games were the Under 10's Lightning who had a Sunday morning fixture versus Manchester Maccabi Wildcats. This Development Group Green Division match was a high scoring affair and on target with goals for Beechy were Sam Henderson and David Olidoy. Voted Star Player was Jarrell Isaac.

Beechy Under 9's Storm were in action against neighbours Moorside Rangers Yellow at Beech Farm Playing Fields. Unfortunately the Storm lost this local derby but still played some good football and named Joshua Kilfoyle as Man of the Match.

De La Salle Devils were the Under 9's Tornadoes opponents in the semi-final of the Challenge Cup. Straight from the kick-off De La Salle put Beechy under pressure and the Tornadoes tactic of casually playing the ball out of defence was always risky. De La Salle took a two goal lead into the second half but the Tornadoes had a number of attempts to equalise. Efforts hit both post and crossbar but eventually after great link-up play between Ellis O'Brien-Walsh and Finley Fairhurst the latter scored was proved to be United's consolation goal. Receiving the Best Player Accolade was Freddie Wardle.

Harry Jones and Fletcher Jackson got the goals for the Under 8's Storm who were away to Stretford Victoria Panthers. Following this Development Group Blue Division encounter Euan Tierney was voted the Storm's Man of the Match.

At home to Barr Hill Aces the Under 8's Tornadoes produced an incredible start to this Development Group Yellow Division fixture. Beechy scored all five goals in the first ten minutes courtesy of Harvey Riva, Ethan Harris and Anthony Hughes via a great header. Barr Hill were credited with a determined fightback that included a couple of goals but Beechy remained well disciplined and fully deserved their victory. Josh Rotherham was Man of the Match.

Also playing at home were the Under 8's Hurricanes who's opponents in the Development Group Green Division were Urmston Town Eagles. The Hurricanes were worthy winners of the match thanks to some great soccer and goals from Lexi Hiles and brother Lloyd. Receiving the Best Player Award was Jack Greenhalgh.

There was a hat-trick for Man of the Match Stewart Kay in the Under 7's Tornadoes Development Group Yellow Division home game against Parkwyddn Phoenix. George Wadeson via a long range effort fired home a fourth goal for the Tornadoes who celebrated a deserved win.

In their Development Group Blue Division away game with Swinton Junior Lions the Under 7's Storm played well below their normal high standard and lost the match. Man of the Match was Harry Whitter for his effort and desire to win the ball. Frankie Carter and Logan Holland scored the goals for Beechy who were guilty of some sloppy passing and slack defending.
