The teams shared a 1-1 score line and on target for Beechy was Damion Broughton. Voted Star Player was Mason Turner.

At Beech Farm the Under 11's Tornadoes came out on top of their Development Group Blue Division fixture with Swinton Junior Lions. Thanks to goals by Theo Valentine, Charlie Mulvenna and Oliver Lomas United won the match by the odd goal in seven.

Daniel Hesketh and Cole Winstanley who hit a brace ripped opponents Manchester Maccabi Phoenix apart but somehow the Under 10's Typhoon couldn't score all the goals their brilliant football deserved. Guilty of a poor display were the Under 10's Storm who had their minds focused on next Saturday's cup final. In their home game against Barr Hill Aces the Storm found themselves trailing by three goals at half time. Caden Gibson scored United's goal in the first half and Beechy's overall performance improved during the second period. Man of the Match Josh Mcloughlin fired home the Storm's second goal but despite creating numerous chances Beechy couldn't add more goals and lost the match.

The Under 9's Tornadoes had a limited number of players available for their Development Group Red Division home game with neighbours Moorside Rangers Blue. Simple instructions from Manager Colin Duff were keep it tight and hit your opponents on the break. At the end of one counter-attack Beechy took the lead when a great cross from Finley Fairhurst put the visitors under pressure forcing a Moorside player to head the ball into his own net. Beechy chased every ball for the full fifty minutes and working well as a team thought they had added a second goal. The Moorside keeper misjudged a shot from Ellis O'Brien-Walsh and though the ball appeared to have fully crossed the line the referee deemed it didn't. Increased pressure from Rangers finally took it toll and Moorside equalised via a well worked goal and as the Beechy lads tired Moorside found more space on the pitch and grabbed a winning goal. Beechy's players contributed to a great game of mini-soccer and named Man of the Match was freddy wardle
