The Under 13's Thunder had home advantage for their Division 2 match against AFC Salford Juniors. In a tentative opening fifteen minutes both teams defended well so chances were few and far between. Eventually Beechy grabbed the lead through leading goal scorer Prince Idusuyi who superbly bent the ball past the keeper. Following more chances Thunder went 2-0 up when Prince Idusuyi was on target again with his fourteenth goal of the season. The visitors came out stronger in the second half and had Beechy under sustained pressure. AFC Salford reduced the arrears via a free kick from outside the area and the Beechy keeper was stranded as the ball flew into the net. Thunder conceded two more goals and somehow ended up losing 3-2.

Still seeking their first victory of the season are the Under 13's Tornadoes who were in action at Stretford Victoria. So far its been a difficult season for the Beechy boys who always play with a smile on their faces. A great performance from Beechy Under 11's Typhoon (9v9) wasn't quite enough to secure victory away at Swinton Junior Tigers. In the Challenge Tournament United went a goal down but in reply goals from Cole Winstanley, Sam Henderson and Charlie Harris put the Typhoon firmly in control. But as Swinton Tigers fought back Beechy couldn't maintain their advantage and eventually lost the match. The Typhoon's Star Player was keeper Peter Ellis.
