Beechfield United Under 17's Thunder who moved from the North Bury Junior League to the Bolton Bury and District League quickly found some good form which produced wins in both league and cup games.

*On Saturday 6th November 2021 Thunder were away to Astley Bridge Aces in the 2nd Round of the Players Cup and it took Beechy a while to find any sort of momentum despite creating some decent chances. Dominic Lawton created a great piece of play to set-up Jack Davies who hammered the ball past the keeper to give Thunder the lead. Beechy continued to miss good chances before Prince Idusuyi finished off a move involving Reiss Miller and Thunder led 2-0 but producing a gutsy fightback Astley Bridge reduced the arrears. Maintaining control Thunder were able to secure a 2-1 victory and book their place in the next round of the competition. William Whipday was Thunder's Man of the Match.

*Seven days later Thunder were back in league action and thanks to a 3-2 away victory over Littleborough Junior Yellows kept top spot in the Section D table. On a small pitch Beechy struggled to get any momentum going while the hosts had a couple of chances they failed to convert. Beechy made the breakthrough when Harvey Walker sent a great cross into the area and Prince Idusuyi took full advantage to give Thunder the lead. Soon after Prince Idusuyi on a solo run was fouled by the Littleborough keeper in the area and from the resulting spot-kick Max Chidgey confidently put Thunder 2-0 up. As they moved the ball around much better in the second half Beechy added their third goal after Reiss Miller was on target following an error by the hosts keeper from a corner. In the last ten minutes Thunder allowed Littleborough back into the game and some untidy play from Beechy gifted the hosts two goals in quick succession. Man of the Match was Harvey Walker.

*Thunder were at home to Stretford Victoria on 20/11/2021 and in this Section D fixture were way off the pace in the first half which allowed the visitors to take a 2-0 lead within half an hour. Following a tremendous free kick Stretford Victoria went 3-0 up but Beechy fought back and were rewarded with two goals from Prince Idusuyi and Thunder should have equalised before half time. In a more evenly balanced second half Thunder who did create some positive atttacking football struggled to test the visitors keeper enough. Against the run of play Stretford Victoria scored a fourth goal and set about defending their two goal lead but with ten minutes to go a high cross by Samuel Oludoyi went over the keeper and into the net for Thunder's third goal while late in the game Beechy then had numerous chances to equalise but were let down by some poor finishing. Voted Thunder' Star Player was Zion Agbiji.

The away fixture with Little Lever Sports Club scheduled for 27/11/2021 was postponed. Seven days later Thunder had home advantage when they met Chadderton Park Dragons and Beechy were back in the Section D title race following a convincing 7-1 victory. Goalscorers for Thunder were Prince Idusuyi (Hat-Trick) Harvey Walker (2) Nathaniel Osinski and Konstantin Hristova.
