Following three successive victories Beechfield United Under 17's Storm occupy top spot in Section B in the Bolton Bury and District Football League.

Away at Winton Wanderers on Saturday 1st October 2022 Storm made an unusual slow start and went a goal down but Beechy battled back and drew level thanks to a stunning finish from Man of the Match Bradley Oliver. It was 1-1 at half time but in the second half Beechy took control and went 2-1 up via a header from Sam Kemp who was making his debut. Further goals by Luka Ottiwell and a brace from Evan Hodson-Griffiths secured Storm a vital three points.
