Just Five Junior Section Teams played their respective fixtures while the other games fell victim to waterlogged pitches following a spell of heavy and persistant rain.

*Away against Irlam Juniors Beechy U/7's STORM struggled to adapt to the 3G Astroturf Pitch in their third game of the season. Storm had beaten their opponents in a pre-season friendly but Irlam won this match after introducing their super sub. Beechy's Man of the Match was Charlie Sykes who excelled in this roles as goalkeeper and outfield player. Storm will be hoping to get back to winning ways in their next game against Parkwyddn Juniors.

*The U/8's THUNDER were involved in a really good game of football away at Old Trafford Diamonds. After making a great start Beechy took the lead through George Kelly who scored via an angled shot from the left. The diamonds equalised but Harrison Spencer restored Thunders lead driving into the area and squeezing the ball home with a left footed finish. Old Trafford equalised again seconds before half time and the hosts grabbed the lead seconds after the restart. Both Jude Bond and Chase Sixsmith went close to a goal after creating great chances for themselves. George Kelly and Harrison Spencer shared Man of the Match after striking up a great midfield understanding in the first half and this decision was justifield in the final minute of the game. In his role as goalkeeper George made a vital point-blank save while Harrison was on target with Thunders equaliser when he got control of the ball on the left wing then beat an hosts player before the ball into the roof of the net.

*In their away game at Salford Storm the U/12's THUNDER (9v9) made a typically slow start and Beechy's opponents took advantage when they took the lead. A long range volley from Abdulaziz Mohammed who was making his official debut levelled the scores. Despite not playing to their full potential Thunder went 2-1 up after Ajab Fakeeh raced onto a through ball rounded the keeper and finished well from a tight angle. Just before half time Salford Storm netted their second goal and the teams shared a 2-2 scoreline at the break. After starting slowly again when play resumed Thunder gradually began to control the game when Mohammed Edris edged Beechy back in front when he forced a save from Storm's keeper and followed up to score from the rebound. Following a corner to Thunder the hosts failed to clear the danger and the ball fell to Roman Williams-Jackson who hit it first time into the top corner of the net for Beechy's fourth goal. Most of the action in the second half was of a physical nature but Thunder kept control and fully deserved their 4-2 victory.

*There was a disappointing day for Beechy U/14's TORNADOES who suffered their first defeat of the season. Beechy were away to Winton Spartans but when their pitch was deemed unplayable this Salford and Districts Junior League Division 2 fixture was played on the Astroturf Pitch at Salford Sports Village. Despite creating some good chances which they failed to convert the Beechy Lads never really got into the contest and lost the game 3-0.

*At home against Urmston Town the U/15's HURRICANES secured a deserved 5-3 Division 1 victory. The Beechy Boys made a great start and playing some delightful football took a 2-0 lead but though the Hurricanes were ahead they didn't look totally comfortable around the pitch. Due to their own mistakes Beechy allowed Urmston back into the game and the first half ended with the score at 3-3. Needing to take a tighter grip on the game the Hurricanes stepped up a gear in the second half and after winning their fair share of battles Beechy eventally celebrated a 5-3 victory. This game really showed the togetherness within a great squad of Hurricanes players who were always willing to stand up to the physical aspect of this fixture. Goalscorers for Beechy were Owen Hogben (2) J.J.Lowery, Jacob Revell and Man of the Match Alfie Rostron.
